.7TEREAS, it is deemed and is hereby declared to be a necessity
that the dniveway on Washington Street from the ?'lest curb line of Twenty-
first Street to the 'aest property line of Twenty -Second Street, in the
"ity of Paducah, Kentucl-.y be improved by the construction of gravel street,
and concrete curbs, gutters and driveways, together with all necessary
nanholes, intakes, catch basins, sewer and drain pipe, NO'.?, TIFYREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOAR;' OF C01,77ISEIONR'8 OF THE CITY or
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the driveway on ':Washington Street from the West curb line
of Twcnty-.first Street to the West property line of Twenty-second street
in the City of Paducah, Kentucky be.constructpd with gravel, and concrete
curbs, gutters and driveways, together -With all necessary manholes, intakes
catch b^sins, sewer and drain pipe, and all necessary engineering,
advertising and legal and clerical service in c^nnection therewith, and
all of :;hich shril be done on the ten year payment plan and assessed
,against the abutting property miners on both sides tba-eeof.
SECTION 2.
The City Solicitor is hereby directed to bring in an ordinance
for the construction of said work after the adoption and parsage of this
resolution.
SECTION 3.
This resolution shall ta';e effect ten days after its passage.
