SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept deed from the City
National Bank and A.L.Livingston, et al to a certain strip of ground
on the Sruth side of Kentucky Avenue between 11th Street and 12th
Street, end the Commissioner of Public Finance is he authorized
and directed to issue his check, psyable to the City National Bank
Of Pao'ucah, for Three Hundred Seventy—five (t�375.00) Dollars in
payment therefor and charge same to Contingent Fund, and to cause
said deed to be recorded.
