SESFER AND DRAIN PIPF THAT HAVE ALRFA.DY BErN INSTAT:T:ED ON THE EAST

NECESSARY FNGITIEERING, ADVERTISING Ai?D LEGAL AND CLERICAL SERVICE IN

PAYMENT PLAN.
'WHEREAS, it is deemed and is hereby declared to be a
necessity that the driveway on the Lovelaceville Road from the North
property line at the junction of the Blandville Road to the junction
of the improved street or driveway at the intersection of Broadway
and the Lovelaceville Road in the City of Paducah, Kentucky be
constructed of `improved pavinJ material, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RFSOLVET' EY THF' BC`^.Tr OF CONTAISSIONERS
OF "•NT CITY OF PADUCAH, KFNTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the driveway on the Lovel-ceville Road from the N
property line at the junction of the Blandville Road to the ,junction
of the improved street or driveway at the intersection of Broadway
and the Lovelaceville Road in the City of Paducah, Kentucky be
constructed of concrete, asphalt, bitulithic or other improved paving
material as may be determined by the Board of Conrni!�sioners as the
st and most economical material for the construction and re-
nstruction thereof, ::ith all necessary curbs, gutters, driveways,
nholes, intakes, catch basins, serer and drain pipe (excepting

The City Solicitor is hereby directed to bring in an
