WHEREAS, it is deemed and is hereby declared to be a
necessity that the driveway on Bridge Street in the City of Paducc.'c.,
Kentucky, from the 17est property line of Clements Street to the
East end of C:h.at is,]-rorm as the Sixth Street Bridge, it the City
of Paducah, Kentucky, be constructed of improved paving uaterii ;
now, therefore,

SECTION 1.
That the driveway ori Bridge Street, from the West
property line of Clements Street to the East Erni of ghat is
hnorm as the Sixth Street Bridge, in the City of Paducah,Kentuc}ry,
be constructed on concrete, asphalt, bitulithic or other improved
paving material as may be determined by the Board of Co;.nissidners
as the best and most economical material for the construction
thereof, with all necessary curbs, Cutters, manholes, intakes,
catch basins and sever pipe and engineering, advertising and. legal
and clerical service in connection therewith and all of which
be done on the ten year payment plan and assessed against the
abutting property o::ners thereon on both sides thereof.
SECTION 2.
The City Solicitor is hereby directed to bring ir_ an
ordinance for the construction of said work after the adoption and
publication of this resolution.
SECTION 3.
This resolution shall take effect ten drys after its
