AN ORDINANCE APPFOPRIATING ONE HUNDRED ($100.00) DOLI:ARb
r0 THE PADUCAH HIGH SCHOOL BAND FOR THE PURPOSE OF ADVERTISING THE
TRADE, M.77MRCE, MANUFACTURES AND COMMERCIAL RESOURCE,- OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH.
BE IT ORW INED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISPIONPRS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, ITNTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That for the purpose of further advertising the trade,
commerceiy manufactures and commercial resources of the City of
Paducah, Kentucky, there is hereby appropriated the sum of One
Hundred ($100.00) Dollars for the use and benefit of the Paducah
High School Band for services.to be rendered to the said City of
Paducah by it, and the Commissioner of Public Finance is hereby
authorized and directed to draw check of the City of Paducah payable
to the Treasurer of the Paducah High School Band, or such other
officer or persob as may be designated to receive said fund; same to
be charged to the Contingent Fund.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance sha 1 take effect from and anter its
passage.
