BE IT ORDAINED BY THF BOARD OF COTIMISSIONF.TiS OF THF CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That upon the recommendation and request of the City Planning and 2,oning Commission that the property on both sides of certain streets in the City of Paducah for the purpose of expediting the granting of permits for the building of business houses, to -wit- Broadway Street from First Street to Thirteenth Street, and from Seventeenth Street, or Fountain Avenue, to Nineteenth Street, end from Twenty-second Strect to T:renty-sixth Street, and from Thirtieth Street to Thirty-second Street; North Thirteenth Street from Broadway to Palm Sireet; Cairo Road from Palm Street to the City Limits; Eighth Street from Madison Street North to the City Limits; South Sixth Street,from Kentucky Avenue to Broad Street; Bridge Street from Broad Street South to the City Limits, and all of the property on both sides of said streets within said limits, be, and the same are hereby declared to be business blocks or districts �,iithir the meaning of the City Planning snd Zoning law, and the ordinances here- tofore adopted. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
