V.THEREAS, it is deemed and is hereby declared to be a necessity that the driveway on Ohio Street from the ;!lest curb line of 25th Street to the East curb line of 26th Street in the City of Paducah, Kentucky be improved by the construction of gravel street, and concrete curbs, gutters and driveways, together with all necess manholes, intakes, catch basins, seg^cr and drain pipe, NO'J, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED PY THF. BOARD OF CO1MMZ'IONERS OF THE CITY OF PA DUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the driveway on Ohio Street from the ';lest curb line of 25th Street to the East curb line of 26th Street in the City of Paducah, Kentucky be constructed with gravel, and concrete curbs, gutters and driveways, •!ith all necessary manholes, inta'es, catch basins, sewer and drain pipe, and all necessary engineering, advertising and legal and clerical .^ervice in connection therewith, and all of rbich shall be done on the ten year payment plan and assessed against the abutting property owners on both sides thereof. SF_CTION 2. The City Solicitor is hereby directed to bring in an ordinance for the construction of said rrork after the adoption and passage of this resolution. SECTION 3.
