HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances Book 9, Page 341, No Resolution Number341 A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF GRAVEL I STREET, AND CONCRETE CURBS, GUTTERS AND DRIVJMFAYS ON OHIO STRRT+T FROM THE WEST CURB LINE OF 25TH STRFFT TO THE RAST CURB LINE OF 26TH STREET, IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, MCCRACKFN COUNTY, KENTUCKY, TOGFTHrR -TTH ALL NECESSARY MANHOLES, INTAKES, CATCH BASINS, SE'NER AND DRAIN PIPE AND ALL NECESSARY ENGINFFRING, ADVRFTISING AND LEGAL AND-OLFRICAL SFRVICE IN CONNECTION T1-TFRF7ITH AT TEE COST OF THE ABUTTING PROPERTY 0'NFRS AND PROVIDING THAT SABLE MAY BE CONSTRUCTED UPON TIM, TEN YEAR PAYMENT PLAN. WHEREAS, it is deemed and is hereby declared to be a necessity that the driveway on Ohio Street from the Priest curb line of 25th Street to the East curb line of 26th Street in the City of Paducah' Kentucky be improved by the construction of gravel street, and concrete curbs, gutters and driveways, together with/all necessary manholes, intakes, catch basins, sewer and drain pipe, NOVI, THFREFORF, BE IT RESOLVED. BY TIS BOARD OF COti�i.'ISFIONFRS. OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: .SECTION 1. That the driveway on Ohio Street from the West curb line of 25th Street to the East curb line of 26th Street in the City of Paducah, Kentucky be constructed with gravel, and concrete curbs, gutter,- and uttersand driveways, with all necessary manholes, intakes, catch basins, sewer and drain pipe, and ,all necessary engineering, advertising and legal and clerical service in connection therewith, and all of which shall be e, done on the ten year payment plan and assessed against the abutting property owners on both sides tht reof. SECTION 2. The City Solicitor is hereby directed to bring in an ordinance for the construction of said work after the adoption and passage of this resoijit-ion; SECTION 3.
