AN ORDINANCE AU!'HORIZING THE PURCIIASE OF T-'0 MULES r'RUM
J.P. OBERMIARK FOR THREE HUNDRED (41300.00) DOLLARS, AND PP,OVIDING FOR
PAVMTNT THERFOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF CO7r-!I SiONMS ON'
PHS CITY OF PADUUAH, KLNTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the Commissioner of Public 17orks is hereby
authorized and empowered to purchase from J.P.Obermark two mules for
the agreed price of Three Hundred ($300.00) Dollars to be paid as
follows- nifty ($50.00) Dollsrs for one mule traded in by the City of
Paducah, and Two Hundred & Fifty (:_250.00) Dollars cash; the cash amount
of said price to be charged tp equipment fund in the street appropriation
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall take effect from and after its
passage.
