UPON THE TEN YEAR PkYMEIdT PLAN.
YIHERTy_S, it is deemed and is hereby declared to be a
necessity that the driveway on Jefferson Street, in the City of
Paducah, Kentucky, from the West property line of Twenty Fifth
Stfeet to the East property line of Thirty Second Street, in the
City of Paducah, ISentucky, be constructed of improved paving
material; na::, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BM RD OF COM?.;ISSIONERS OF THE

SECTION 1:
That the driveway or Jefferson Street, from the West
property lire of Twenty Fifth Street to the East property line of
Thirty Second Street, in the City of Paducah, Rentucky, be con-
structed of concrete, asphalt, bitulithic or other improved pavinc
material as may be determined by the Board of Commissioners as the
best and most economical material for the construction thereof,
with all necessary curbs, gutters, manholes, intakes, catch basins
and sewer pipe and engineering, advertising and legal a -id clerical
service ih connection therewith and all of which shall be done on
the Ten Year Payment Plan and assessed against the abutting
property owners thereon on both sides thereof.
SECTION 2.
j The City Solicitor is hereby directed to bring in an
ordinance for the construction of said work after the adoption
and publication of this resolution.
SECTION 3.
This resolution shall take effect ton days after its_
