A RESOLUTION REQUIRING THE PADUCAH '.MATER WOPKS COMPANY
TO E"TFND ITS MAINS ON CERTAIN STRFFT£' TIT TRF CITY OF PADUCAH.
BE IT RFSOLVED BY TRF. BOARD OF COMVISIONFRS
OF TUR CITY OF' PADUCAH, Ih'T'VTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the Paducah '1Jater Works Company be and is hereby
ordered and instructed to install and extend its mains as follows:
Jackson Street from 13th St. to
a point about 3001 in the 1300
block.
That said water mains shall in all respects be e:•tended
and installed under Section 5 of an ordinance entitled, "AN ORDINANCE
TO CREATE AND ES"ABLISH A FRANCHISE TO CONSTRUCT, 01:7TT, ACQUIRE,
MAINTAIN AND USE A '.'IATFR WORKS PLANT AND '71ATTR DISTRIBUTING SYSTFM
'.WITHIN THE CORPORATE L,IYITS OF PADTJCAH, AND I`IVESTITTG THE PURCFASER
THFFFOF WITH RIGHTS, POiNERS AND PRIVILEGES HER-EIN SET FORTH, AND
IMPOLING UPON SUCH PUFCHASFR TIT DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES SET OUT
IN THF ORDINANCE" which visa adopted by the General Council of the
City of Paducah and ^pproved by the T.iayor, May 22nd, 1925, and duly
thereafter published on May 26th, 1925.
SECTION 2.
This resolution shall take effect from and af-yer
fits passage.
