That the alley lying between Broadway and Kentucky Avenue, and extending back approximately 322.50 feet from Fourth Street towards Fifth Street 'in the City of Paducah, McCracken County, Kentucky be constructed of concrete, together with all necessary curbs, gutters, driveways, manholes, intakes, catch basins, sewer and drain pipe, and all necessary engineering, advertising and legal and clerical• servi,e in connection thcrev:ith; all of arhich shall be done on the ten year payment plan and assessed against the abutting property owners on both sides thereof. SECTION 2. The City Solicitor is hereby directed to bring in an ordinance for the construction of said work, after the adoption and publication of this reso.lution. passage. SECTION 3.
