i?HE MAS, it is deemed a necessity and it is hereby
declared by the Board of Commissioners to be a necessity that 1.7est

together with all necessary manholes, intakes., sevrers and catch basins;

SECTION 1:
That both sides of Jefferson_ Street, from the West
property line of Twenty Fifth Street to the East property lire of
Thirty Second Street, in the City -of Paducah, Kentucky, be improved
by constructing concrete sidewalks, curbs and gutters and altogether
all necessary manholes, intakes, sevrers and catch basins, including
all necessary engineering, advertising and legal and clerical service
in connection therewith, and all of which shall be paid for by the
abutting property o:rners upon the Ten Year Payment Plan.
SECTION 2.
That the City Solicitor is hereby instructed to bring
in an ordinance in accordance with this resolution for the construction
of said sidewalks, curbs, gutters, marholes, intakes, sevrers and catch
basins.
SECTION 3.
This resolution shall take effect within ten days
after its passage'
