SECTION 1.
That the Paducah 'dater ';forks Company be and is Tereby
ordered and instructed to install and extend its mains as follows;
22nd Street, from Park Avenue to Mildred St.
Th^.t said water mains shall.in all respects be extended and
installed under Section 5 of an ordinance entitled, "AN ORDINANCE
TO CPE'ATE AND ESTABLISH A FRANCT'ISE TO CONSTRUCT, OWN, ACQUIRE,
ISAINTAIN AND USE A IVIAT7R ''IOFKS PTSUT AND "IATT'R DISTRIBUTING SYSTEM

of the City of Paducah and approved by the Mayor, May 2Pnd, 1925,
and duly thereafter published on flay 26th, 1925.
SECTION 2.
This resolution shall take effect from and after its
passage.
