I 1'1HERFAS, it is deemed and is hereby declared to be a necessity that the ?riveway on Jefferson Street from the "!est property line of 32nd Street to its junction with 35th Street; and 35th Street from its junction with Jefferson Street to the South property line of Central Avenue, in thel City of Paducah, Kentucky be constructed and reconstructed of improved paving material, NO"!, TH`FFFORE, BF IT RFSOLVFD BY TH^ BOARD OF CO!jI[ISSIO-F.RS OF THC: CITY OF PAIYTCAH, KF'NTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the driveway on Jefferson Street, from the Ylest property line of 32nd Street to its j,imction with with Street; and 35th Street, Ifrom its junction with Jefferson Street to the South property line of Central Avenue in the City of Paducah, Kentucky be constructed of (concrete, asphalt, bitulithic, or other improved paving material as may be determined by the Board of Commissioners as the best and most economical material for the construction ^nd reconstruction thereof, with all necessary curbs, gutters, driveways, manholes, intakes, catch basins, sewer and drain pipe, and all necessary engineering, advertising and legal and clerical service in connection trerewith, and all of which Ishell be done on the: ten yenr payment plan and assessed against the jabutting nronerty ormers on both sides thereof. SECTION 2. The City Solicitor is hereby directed to brim in an orOlinnnce for the construction of sni,' -ork after the adoption and passage of this (resolution.
