OF TIM CITY OF PADUCAH, K711TUCKY:
SECTION 1.
The property o,:..,ner having requested the Paducah "Fater
j1°orks Company to remove the fire hydrant which is located in the
center of the block on the South side of the block between Sixth
and Seventh Streets so as to permit ingress and egress to and from
premises at said point, permission is hereby granted to the Paducah
':!*ter ':dorks Company and to s^id property owners to remove said
fire hydrant to a point immediately '!est of the property line and
not more than 40 feet from the present location of said fire
hydrant; same to be done at the expense of the property owner
and of the Paducah Fater SForks Company.
SECTION 2.
This resolution shall take effect upon its adoption.
