A RESOLUTION REpUIRING T1IF PADUCAH ":TATTR 7!ORKS
COMPANY TO EXTFND ITS MAINS ON CERTAIN STRFTTS IN THF- CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY,
BE IT RFSOLVED BY THF BOARD 'OF COMWIPcIONFRS
OF THF CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the Paducah Water Works Company be and is hereby
ordered and instructed to install and extend its mains as follows:
Mocquot Street, from Bloom Street
to Alexander Avenue.
That said water mains shall in all respects be
extended and installed under Section 5 of an ordinance entitled, "AN
OFDINANCE TO CREATE AND EPTABLISH A FRANCHISE TO CONSTRUCT, OWN, ACQUIRE,
MA.INTL IN AND USE A '4C,T-R "'ORKS PLANT AND- "1ATFR DIS IBIITIrdG SYSTEM WITHIN
THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF PADUCAH, AND INVESTING THE, PURCHASER TFFREOF!"WITH
RIGHTS, PC` -TRS AND PRIVILFGES HFRFIN S'`;T FORTH, AND IMPOSING UPON SUCH
PURCHASFR TRF PUTIFS AND RFSPONSIBILITIFS SFT OUT IN TH. ORDINANCE",
which was adopted by the General Council of the City of Paducah and
approved by the Mayor, May 22nd, 1925, find duly thereafter published on
May 26th, 1925.

This resolution shall take effect from and after
