WHEREAS, it is deemed and is hereby declared to be a necessity that the following driveways in Wallace Park Addition to Paducah, Kentucky, to-,ait: Maple Lane, from the 'Hest property line of the Lovelaceville Road to the South property line of Buckner Lane Road, or Broadway extended; Forest Circle, from the Flest property line of Maple Lane to the East property line of Sycamore Drive; Sycamore Drive, from the South property line of Buchner Lane Road, or Broadway extended, to the North property line of the Blandville Poad; Forest Circle, from the East property line of Sycamore Drive to the West property line of the Lovelaceville Road; Wallace Lane, from the North property line of Forest Circle to the 6outh property line of Forest Circle; Cedar Lane, from the West property line of Wallace Lane to the South property line of Forest Circle; Clark Street extended, from the West property line of Lovelace- ville Road to the East property line of ',9allace Lane, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be constructed of improved paving material, NOW, THEREFORT, l BF IT RESOLVED BT THE BOARD OF COT.:LISSION?'RS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, K7NTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the following driveways in Wallace Park Addition to the City of Paducah, to -wit: Mnple Lane, from the hest property line of the Lovelaceville Road to the South property line of Buckner Lane Road, or Broadway extended; Forest Circle, from the !"Jest property line of Maple Lane to the Fast property line of Sycamore Drive; Page 297 Sycamore Drive, from the South property line of Buckner Lane Road, or Broadway extended, to the North property line of the Blandville Road; Forest Circle, from the East property line of Sycamore Drive to the West property line of Lovelaceville Road; Ifallace Lane, from the Nort property line of Forest Circle to the South property line of Forest Circle; Cedar Lane, from the .lest property line of !'lallace Lane to the South propert7- line of Forest Circle; Clark Street extended, from the West property line of the Lovelaceville Road to the East property line of iVallace Lane, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be constructed of concrete, asphalt, bitulithic or other improved paving material as may be determined by the Board of Commissioners as the Best and most economical material for the construction thereof, with all necessary curbs, gutters, driveways, manholes, intakes, catch basins, sewer and drain pipe, and all necessary engineering, advertising and legal and clerical service in connection therewith, and all of which shall be done on the ten year payment plan and assessed against the abutting property owners on both sides thereof. SECTION 2. The City Solicitor is hereby directed to bring in an ordinance for the construction of said work after the adoption publication of this redolution; SECTION 3.
