BE IT 0:'D IidED BY THE BOARD OF CO1F'ISSIOT112RS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, EMITUM: SECTIOIT 1. That.there is hereby levied for the year 1928, upon the taxable property within the City of Paducah, Kentucky, real and personal, an ad valorem tax of One Dollar and Fifty Cents ($1.50) pursuant to Section 157 of the State Constitution and Ninety Nine Cents ($.99) pursuant to the State Constitution and Statutes of Kentucky to defray the expenses of maintaining the schools, and Fifteen Cents ($.15) pursuant to said Constitution and Statutues for the purpose of paying the interest on the School Improvement Bonds and to create a Sinking Fund for the payment of said Bonds at maturity, making a total of Two Dollars and Sixty four cents ($2.64) on each One Hundred Dollars worth of said real and personal property in the City of Paducah, I.entucky; and there.is also hereby levied a poll tax of One Dollar and Fifty Cents (N1.50) on each male resident of the City of Paducah over 21 years of age for the year 1928. SECTION 2. That the rate of taxation for each itein of expenditure', as heretofore apportioned and set out by ordinance, shall be on each one hundred dollars worth of property, as follmys, to -wit: Department of Public _ffairs...............22.00 cents. That all rovenues derived from licenses or other sources collected and paid to the Commissioner of Public Finance. shall be distributed to their respective accounts in the same proportion as the ad valorem tax, as hereinbefore provided for, except sources of revenue which have not beer_ considered in malting up the apportionment orrlirr nce and in the event of the collection of any revenue which was not considered in making up said apportionment ordinance, then such revenue shall '.e credited to the 3eneral fund.
