WHEREAS, it is deemed and is hereby declared to be a
necessity that the driveway on 19th Street from the North property
line of Broadway to the South property line of•Jeff erson Street,
and the driveway on 20th Street from the North property line of
Broadway to the South property line of Jefferson Street; and on
21st Street from the North property line of Broadway Street to tre
South property line of Jefferson Street; and on 22nd Street from
the North property line of Broadway Street to the South property
line-- of Jefferson Street; and on 23rd Street from the North property
line of Broadway Street to the South property line of Jefferson
Street; and on 24th Street from the North property line of Frosdway
Street to the South property line of Hefferson Street, in t'^e City
of Paducah, Kentucky, be constructed of improved paving material,

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COT:" ISSIONEPS OF
THF CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the driveway on 19th Street from the North
property line of Broadway to the South property line of Jefferson
Street; and on 20th Street from the North property line of Broadway
to the South property line of Jefferson Street; and on 21st Street
from the North property line of Broadwgy Street to the South
property line of Jefferpon Street; and on 2Pnd Street from the North
property line of Yrosdrs3y to tle South property line of Jefferson
Street; and on 23rd Strert from the "orth property line of
Broadway to the South property line of Jefferson Street; and on
24th Street from the Porth property line of Broadway Street to the

Kentucky, be constructed of concrete, asphalt, bitulith.ic or other
improved paving materia7L as may be determined. by the P•oard of Commissioners
as the best ani most economical material for the construction
