M ERFAS, it is deemed and is hereby declared to be a
necessity t' -at si.. �relks and driveways on the South side of Broadway from

Lovelaceville Road; and from thence sidewalks, curbs, gutters and
drivewoys along the East side of the Lovelaceville Road to the North curb
line of Adams Street; and sidewalks and driveways on the North side of
Broadway from the Test curb line of 28th Street to the East curb Itine of
LaBelle Avenue in the City of Paducah, Kentucky be constructed of
concrete, together with all necessary manholes, intakes, catch basins
and sevror pipe, and all necessary engineering, advertising and legal
and clerical service in connection therewith, NOMI, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONFRS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENT'CKY:
SECTION 1.
That sidewalks and driveways on the Routh side of Broadway
from the West curb Line of 28th Street to the junction of Broadway and
the Lovelaceville Road; end from thence sidewalks, curbs, gutters and
driveways along the East side of the Lovelaceville Road 'to the North curb
line of Adams Street; and sidewalks and driveways on the North side of
Broadway from the West curb line of 28th Street to the East curb line
of LaBelle Avenue in the City of Paducah, Kentucky be constructed of
concrete, together with all necessary manholes, intakes, catch basins
and sewer pipe, and all necessary engineering, advertising and legal I
and clerical service in connection therewith; all of which shall be done
on the ten year payment plan and assessed against the abutting property
owners on both sides of said street or driveway.
SECTION 2.
The City Solicitor is hereby directed to bring in an
ordinance for the construction of stiid work after the adoption and
passage of this resolution'.
