AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CO1nF1SSIONrR_-OF PUBLIC
!'CORKS TO PURCHAZE A CHEVROLET ROADSTER FOR USE IN TA SE"lER DEPARTMENT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF
THE CITY OF PA DUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
The Commissioner of Public Works is hereby authorized
and empov;ered to purchase one Chevrolet car for use in the Sewer'
I
Department for not exceeding Six Hundred Nine & 50AGO ($609.50) Dollars;
same to be paid for by trade,in of an old car and balance in cash, to be
charged to the Sewer Fund.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall take effect from and after its
passage and publication.
