AN ORDINANCE DECLARING CERTAIN PROPERTY AT SIXTH AND BROAD
STRrFTS TO BE BUSINESt PROPERTY UPON THE REQUEST OF THE CITY
PLANNING AND ZONING C01M.ISSION.

SECTION 1.
That upon she recommendation and request of the City
Planning and Zoning Commission that. certain area at the West corner
of the intersection of Sixth and Broad Streets, commencing at the
intersection of said streets and running thence with the !Vest side
of Sixth Street Northavardly 100 feet; thence at right angles and in
R "outhwesterly direction approximately 69 feet to the Yarbro line;
thence Frith the East line of the Yarbro property approximately 118
feet to the North line of Broad Street; thence ztith the North line of
Broad Street approximately 29 feet to the point of beginning, be,
and the same is hereby declnred to be a business block or district
within the meaning of the City Planning and Zoning Commission and
the ordinance heretofore enacted.
SECTION, 2.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its adoption.
