AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING DEE AND CONTRACT FROM CHARLIE
SCHMAUS, AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE PAYIAENT OF THREE HUNDRED
(0300.00) DOLLARS TO HIM IN CONSIDERATION TIIFFFOF.
BE IT ORDAINED by TIU' BOARD OF COi3r"IS°7101 RS
OF TIL' CI`T'Y CP PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the deed from Charlie Schmaus to Lot No.25 in
Schmaus' Addition to the City of Padzeah, together with right-of-way
over his property for the purpose of installing sever from 31st Street
at the juncture of Clark Street to the East line of SchmaUst Addition,
be received, accepted and ordered recorded, and that the �'ommissioner
of Public Finance be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to issue
check to the said Charlie Schmaus for the sum of Three Hundred (6300.00)
Dollars in full payment o,: the consideration thereof.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall take effect from and after its
adoption. D
