OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY;
SECTION 1.
That the Commissioner of Public Safety be and he is hereby
authorized and empowered to advertise for and receive bids from various
manufacturers of fire hose for 2000 feet of 3 inch fire hose for the use
of the Paducah Fire Department, and he will receive snid bids sealed and
open same and present to the Board of Commissioners his recommendation
as to what bid shall be accepted, and only the lowest and best bid, the
character and kind of material considered, shall be accepted. The right
to reject any and all bids is reserved.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall take effect ten days after its
adoption.
