A RESOLUTION REQUIRIIIG THE PADUCAII '!ATER COMPANY TO
E."TEND ITS &'TAINS ON CERTAIN STREETS IN THE CITY OF PADUCP_H.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMAISSIONERS OF
THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY.
SECTION 1. .
That the Paducah LYater Company be and it is hereby ordered
and instructed to install and extend its mains as follows:
On the Cairo Road or Thirteenth Street from Palm Street :to
Atkins Avenue.
That said .rater mains shall in all respects be extended`
and installed under Section 5 of an ordinance entitled,"AN ORDIPIAddCE TO
CREATE AND ESTABLISH A FRANCHISE TO CONSTRUCT, 037110,ACAUIRE, ITAINTAIN
AND USE A .TATER ORIS PLANT AND WATER DISTRIBUTING SYSTEM P!ITHIN THE,
CORPORATE LII:IITS OF PADUCAH, AND INVESTING THE PURCHASER THEREOF WITH
RIGHTS, POETR AND PRIVILEGES HEREIN SET FORTH, AND IMPOSING UPON SUCH
PURCHASER THE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES SET OUT IN THE ORDINANCE."
Which was adopted by the General Council of the City of
Paducah and approved by the Tlayor May 22, 1925, and duly thereafter
published on May 26, 1925.
SECTION 2
This Resolution shall take effect from and after its
passc_-e.
