SECTION 1.
That the city accept the deed of quit -claim
from the Kentucky Utilities Company to the 20 foot right-of-wa-yl
or easement in, over -rind upon that certain street knonn as LaBelle
Avenue, and extending from Jefferson Street southwardly to the
North side of Broadc:ay Street, and that said deed be olnced to
record.
SFCTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in force and effect
from Prd aft; -r its passage.
