A RRSOLUTION COWMENDING TF1" FORK OF THE MCCRACKEN

COUNTY PUBLIC HrALTH LPAGUE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONF'RS OF
THP CITY OF PADUCATT, KTjlTTIJCKY:
SECTION 1.
I
That -the City of Paducah and its Mayor and Board of
Commissioners unqualifiedly endorse the work of the McCracken County
Public Health League, and we urge the people of this city and county
to generously support said League in its sale of Tuberculosis Christmas
Seals. The McCracken County Public Health League has for many years been
engaged in the commendable enterprise of working to eliminate tuberculosis
and to promote the general health of the community and their efforts have
met with commendable success, and since a ^art of the funds necessary
to carry on their work is raised by the sale of Tuberculosis Christmas
Seals, all of the people of this community are urged to buy seals and to
contribute as liberally as possible to this splendid cause.
SECTION 2,
This resolution shall be spread upon the records of the
Board of Commissioners and copies of same furnished to the 1,100racken
County Public Fealth League, and to the press of this city,
