BE IT RPSOLVD' BY THE. BOARD OF COIYfPFIISSIONFRS OF THE
CITY OF PA DUCAH, KFNTTjCKY7
SECTION 1
That the Paducah Si!ater '.7orks Company be and is hereby
tiered and instructed to install and extend its mains as follovrs;
14th street from Flournoy St. to
".!illett St.
9th St. from Jackson St. to Tennessee
St.
That said water mains shall in all respects be extended
and installed under Section 5 of an ordinance entitled, "AN ORDINANCE
TO CREATE AND ESTABLISH A FRANCHISE TO CONSTRUCT, OWN, ACQUIRE,
MAIWTAIN AND USE A WATER !.FORKS PLANT AND ''TATER DISTRIBUTING SYSTEM
17ITUIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF PADUCAH, AND INVESTING THE PURCH!,SFR
T?irRFOF 177TH RIGHTS, POP!FR AND PRIVILEGES HEREIN SET FORTH, AND
I -!POSING UPON SUCH PURCHASER THE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES SET OUT
IN THE ORLINANCE," which was adopted by the General Council of the
City of Paducah, and'approved by ',,the Mayor, May 22nd,'
1925, and duly
thereafter Dublished on May 26th, 1925.
SECTION 2.
This resolution shall take effect from and after its
passage;
