BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PAEUCAH, ItrldTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
The Commissioner of Public 7,11orks is hereby authorized
and empowered to purchase one Russell Motor Patrol, Model #4 with
standard 2 -Ton Cnterpiilar Tractor and Scarifier, not to exceed Two
Thousand Seven Hundred and Ten ($2710.00) Dollars in value, to be used
in the Street Department of the city.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force ten
days after its passage.
