A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED FROM1`1.C.OtBRYAN TO THE CITY
F PADUCAH OF CERTAIN PROPPRTY ON BROWN STREET IN THE CITY OF
ADUCAH.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THP BOARD OF COTAMISSIOiLRS OF THE
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY;
That the deed from F1.C.O'Bryan to the City of Paducah,
bearing date of October 30, 1928, to two certain triangular parcels
of real estate on Brown Street in the City of Paducah be accepted
by said city, and pursuant to the terms of said deed that the sevier
tax claim against said property, being tax bill No.7210 of the
Koller Plumbing Company for One Hundred Twenty-four and 44AOO
($124.44) Dollars, be and.the same is hereby satisifed, settled and
cancelled in full by said conveyance, and all ad valorem taxes
against said property owing by the said W.C.O'Bryan to the City
of Paducah are hereby cancel4ed, and 'the Commissioner of Public
Finance is hereby authorized to cancel any and all tax bills of any
tax due the City of Paducah on said two small parcels of real estate.
SECTION 2.
This resolution shall take effect upon its passage.
