AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
STUDEBAKER COACH CAR FOR USE IN THE DEPARTTTENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TI-N�7 BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF
TIIE CITY OF PAEUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the Commissioner of Public Safety be and is
hereby authorized to purchase a new Studebaker CoQ4h car for not in
excess of One Thousand and Ninety ($1090.00) Dollars, for use in thD
Police Department; and same to be paid for out of any appropriations
to the Police Department.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall take effect ten days after
its passage and publication.
