CIHER:AS, it is deemed and is hereby declared to be a
necessity that the driveway on South Eleventh Street, from the
,forth cu -,-b line of Jackson Street to tie North property lino of
Adams Street, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be improved by the
grading and gaveling of same, NO':7, THEREFORE,

SECTION 1.
That the driveway on South Eleventh Street, from the
north curb line of Jackson Street to the North property line of
Adams Street, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be improved by the
grading and graveling of same, to,•ether r;ith all necessart engineer-
ing, adve,tising and legal and clerical service in connection
therewith; all of :ihich shall be done on the ten year payment plan
and assessed against the abutting property oemers thereon or_ both
aides thereof.
SECTION 2.
The City Solicitor is hereby directed to bring in an
ordinance for the construction of said work after the adoption
and passage of this resolution.
SECTION 3.
This resolution shall take effect ten days after its
pa.,: age.
