BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF CO:.-MISSIONER OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That all delinquent taxes of every kind and nature due to
or collectable by the City of Paducah, Kentucky, shall be paid throu h
the office of the Commissioner of Public Finance, and any clerk or
employee in said office is hereby authorized and empowered to collet
and receipt for such delinquent taxes, the same to be accounted for
separately from other taxes due to and collected by the City of Pad-
ucah.
SECTION 2.
All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict here-
with are hereby repealed.
