necessary engineering, advertising and legal and clerical service

SECTION 1 .
That side,,:ralk, curb and gutter on the Fast side of Twenty -
Second Street, from the South property line of Kentucky Avenue to the
North property line of :'!ashington Street in the City of Paducah,
Kentucky be constructed of concrete, together with all necessary
driveways, manholes! intakes, catch basins and sewer pipe, and all
necessary engineering, advertising and legal and clerical service
in connection therexith; all of which shall be done on the ten year
payment plan and assessed against the abutting property owners
thereon on the East side of said Street.
SECTION 2.
The City Solicitor is hereby directed to bring in an
ordinance for the construction of said work after the adoption and
passage of this resolution.
SECTION 3.
This resolution shall take effect ten d.^ys after its
