SECTION 1.
That the Citizens Savings Bank of Paducah, City
National Bank of Paducah. First National Bank of Paducah,
Mcchanics Trust & Savings Bank of Paducah and Peoples Rational
Bank of Paducah be and they are hereby appointed and designated
as the official depositories for all funds belonging to the City
of Paducsh.
SECTION 2.
Before any of said depositories indicated in Section
1 hereof shall receive any of the funds of the City of Paducah,
as such depositories, it shall execute to the City a bond in a
sum or penalty equal to the maximum amount of fund of the City
to be deposited in such City depositories; said bond to be
approved by,the Board or Commissioners of said City in all
respects as required by Section 3132 of Kentucky Statutes.
SECTION 3.
This resolution shall be in force and effect from
and after its passage and approval.
