".HEREAS, it is deemed and is hereby declared to be a
necessity that concrete curb and gutter be constructed on both sides of
North Thirteenth Street, from the :;est property line of Atkins Avenue
to the present City limit line, which line is approximately 149 feet
west of the west property line of Reed Avenue in the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, N0:7, TRE'REFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE G.ITY I
'OF PADUCAH, KrITUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That concrete curb and gutter be constructed on both
sides of North TI-1rteenth Street, from the 1,116st property line of Atkins
Avenue to the present city limit line, which line is approximately 149
feet 1;:est of the vrest property line of Reed Avenue, in the City of Pad
,K(.ntucicy, together -.ith all necessary manholes, intakes, catch basins
snd =ewer pipe and all necessary engineering, advertising and legal and
clerical service in connection themc,.•;ith; all of which shall be done on
the ten year payment plan and assessed against the abutting property

The City Solicitor is hereby directed to bring in an
,ordinance for the construction of said .-iork after the adoption and
passage of this resolution.
SECTION 3.
This resolution shall take effect ten days after its
