WFEREAS, it is deemed and is hereby declared to be a
necessity that sidewalk, curb and gutter on the West side of Atkins
Avenue from the South curb line of Thirteenth Street to t e North
curb line of Fourteenth Street, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky
be constructed o concrete, together with all necessary driveways,
manholes, intakes, catch basins and sewer pipe and all necessary
enginecring, advertising and legal a.A cl rical service in
connection th rewith, NUR, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COI:iT•2SEIONER8 OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That sidewalk, curb and gutter on the vilest side of Atkins
Avenue, from the South curb line of Thirteenth Street to the North
curb line of Fourteenth Street in the City of Paducah, Kentucky be
constructed of concrete, together ^r:ith all necessary driveways,
manholes, intakes, catch basins and sewer pipe, and all necessary
engineering:, advertising and legal and clerical service in
connection therewith; all'of which shall be done on the ten year
payment plan and assessed against the abutting property owners
thereon on the ':!est side of said street, or driveway.
SECTION 2.
The City Solicitor is hereby directed to bri g in an
ordinance for the construction of said work ait•er the adoption and
passage of this resolution.
SECTION •3;
This resolution shall take effect ten days after its
passage;
