SECTION 1.
The Commissioner of Public ''orks is hereby authorized
and empowered to purchase one Ford truck not exceed Five Hundred (``500.00)
Dollars in value to be used in the Sewer department of the City.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall take effect from and after its
passage and publication:
