BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF CONIMISEIONERS OF THF. CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the Paducah ';later Company be and is hereby ordered and
instructed to install and extend its mains as follows:
Atkins Ave. from Wildred St. to 13th St.
13th St., from Reed Ave. to Atkins Ave.
Reed Ave.,from 13th St. to 14th St:
Thompson,Ave. from -ildred St, to 13th St.
Rudy Ave., from 13th St. to line of Noble Park.
That said nater mains shall in all respects be extended
and installed unaer Section 5 of an ordinance entitled, "AN ORDINANC
TO CREATE AND E ITI BLISH A FRANCHISE TO C,QNSTRUCT, OWN, ACQUIRE,
Pf1.ITTT;.IN AND USE A ,7GTER-.70RKS PLANT AND ?"ATER DISTRIBUTING SYSTEM
1.7=,IN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF P..DUCAH, AND I14VESTING THE PURCHASER
THEREOF '..'ITT! RIGIITS, PO -,77 < AND PRIVILEGES HEREIN SET FORTH, AND
IiiPOSING UPON SUCH PURCHASER T=E DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES SET
OUT IN THE ORDIMAITCE."
':7hich was adopted by the General Council of the City of
Paducah and approved by the 's'ayor, Iday 22nd, 1925, and duly
thereafter published on I4ay 26th, 1925'.
SECTION 2.
This resolution shall take effect from and after its
pasage.
