A RESOLUTION REQUIRING THI? PADUCAH ',-M_T-R COMPANY TO
EXTEND ITS MAINS ON CERTAIN STREETS IN TIF CITY OF PADUCAH.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COI!&IIS: IUNEP.S OF THE
CITY 010 PADUCA.N, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the Paducah ".ester Company be and is hereby
ordered and instructed to install and extend its mains as.follows:
Bell Ave:from Schneiderman Road to a point about
150 ft'.. E. of Kruger St.
Markham St. from Schneiderman Road to a point
225 ft. E. of Kruger St.
Hill St., from Schneiderman -Road to a point
350 ft. E. of Kruger St'.
Mayfield and Schneiderman Road from the end of
pipe on the Mayfield Road to Hill St., approximately
1300 ft.
That said water mains shall in all respects be
extended and installed under Section 5 of an ordinance entitled, "AN "
ORDINANCE TO CREATE AND ESTABLISH A FRANCHISE TO CONSTP.UCT, OWN,ACQUIRE,

SUCH PURCHASER THE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES SET OUT IN THE ORDINANCE".
which was adopted by the General Council of the City
of Paducah and approved by the Ilior, May 22nd, 1925, and duly there.-

This resolution shall take effect from and after its
passage;
