AN ORDIILANCE REGULATING THE RATE OF SPEED OF VEHICLES

SECTION 1.
No vehicle of any sort shall be driven or propelled
at a greater rate of speed than ten mile"& per hour within Oak
Grove Cemetery, and each time any vehicle is driven or propelled
at a greater rate o,: speed than ten miles per hour, as herein
provided, shall be deemed to constitute a'separate and distinct
offense'. Any person, firm, company or corporation violating any
of the_provisions of this ordinance shall be fined not less than
Five ($5.00) nor more than Twenty-five (;;25.00) Dollars for each
offense'.
SECTION 2.
All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
here..,ith are hereby repealed,and this ordinance shall take effect
upon its passage'.
