A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A DRIVE."lAY
ON NORTH THIRTEENTH STREET, FROM THE EAST PROPERTY LINE OF FIILLETT STRI?ET
TO THE EAST PROPERTY LINE OF PALM STREET, AND ON THE CAIRO ROAD, FROM
THE FAST PROPERTY LINE OF Pi:LM STRET_�T TO THE WEST PROPERTY LINE OF ATKINS
AVENUE AND TO THE PRESENT CITY LIMITS IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, McCRACKEN
COUNTY, h!ENTUCKY, ;:ITH ALL NECESSARY CURB, GUTTER, DRIVEWAYS, IJIANHOLES,
INTAKES, CATCH BASINS AND SYT?ER PIPE AND ALL NECESSARY ENGINEERING,
ADVERTISING AND LEGAL AND CLERICAL SERVICE IN CONNECTION THERE';?ITH AT THE
COST CF THE ABUTTING PROPERTY O?INERS AND PROVIDING THAT SA?ICF: BE CONSTRUCT-
ED UPON THE TEN YEAR PAYMENT PLAN.
17ERFAS, it is deemed and is hereby declared to be a
necessity that the driveway on North Thirteenth Street, from the East
,property line of.':lillett Street to the East property line of Palm Street
and on the Cairo Road from the East property line of Palm Street to the
,Nest property line of Atkins Avenue, or the present city limits, in the
City of Paducah, Kentucky be constructed of improved paving material,
NOW, TH-BEFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COIJMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENIUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the driveway on North Thirteenth Street, from the .
East property line of '??illett Street to the East property line of Palm:
]Street, and on the Cairo Road from the East property line of Palm Street
to the '?lest Property line of Atkins Avenue; same being the present city
limits, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be constructed of concrete,
asphalt, bitulithic, or other improved paving material as may be determine
by the Board of Commissioners as the best and most economical material for
e construction thereof, and all necessary curb, gutter, driveways, man -
les, intakes, catch basins and sewer pipe, and all necessary engineering
vertising and legal and clerical service in connection therewith; all
which shall be done on the ten year payment plan and assessed against
e abutting property owners thereon on both sides of said streets and
trrver�ays .
SECTION 2.
The City Solicitor is hereby directed to bring in an
)rdinance for the construction of said work after the adoption and passage
\ 103 hof this ordinance.
Wil, SECTION 3.
This resolution shall take effect ten days after its
passage.
