AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THP EiIPLO`l!'^IdT

PRr"CRIBING THPIR DUTIES AND FIXING TMIR COIAPENS;:TIOPT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THJs BOARD OF CO_f;•IISIIOIIERS
OF TIM CITY OF 'PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
There shall be appointed by the Board of
Commissioners two Sanitary Officers, who shall serve at the
pleasure of the Board and under the supervision of the Board
of IIealth and the City Health Officer, and who shall perform all
the duties required of them by the Board of Health and the Health
Officer of the City, and shall perform such other duties as may
be required of them by the Board of Commissioners. Said
Sanitary Inspectors shall receive for their services Ninety
($90.00) Dollars per month each, payable as other salaries of
employes of the City.
SECTION 2.
All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed. !
SECTION 3.
This ordinance shall take effect from and
after its passage and publication.. I
