A RESOLUTION REQUIRING TILE PADUCAH MATER COMPANY TO
EXTEND ITS MAINS ON CERTAIN STREETS III THE CITY OF PADUCAIi.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD Cr COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the Paducah Water Company be and is hereby ordered
and instructed to install and extend its mains as follows:
Adams Street, from 28th street to a point
approximately 350 ft. west of 28th street.
That said water mains shall in all respects be extended
and installed under Section 5 of an ordinance entitled, '`APT ORDINANCE
TO CREATE AND ESTABLISH A FRANCHISE TO CONSTRUCT, Ol7N, ACQUIRE,
MAINTAIN AND USE A WATER '•;ORKS PLANT AND WATER DISTRIBUTING SYSTEM
WITHIN THE CORPORATE LI16ITS Or PADUCAH, AND INVESTING THE PURCHASER
THEREOF WITH RIGHTS, POti.ER AND PRIVILEGES HEREIN SET FORTH, AND
IMPOSING UPON SUCH PURCHASER THF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES SET OUT
IN THE ORDINANCE" which was adopted by the General Council of the
City of Paducah and approved by the Mayor, Play 22nd, 1925, and duly
thereafter published on Ilay 26th, 1925;
SECTION 3.
This resolution shall take effect from and after its
passage.
