A RESOLUTION REgUIRING THE PADUCAH 111ATER COMPANY
TO EXTEND ITS MAINS ON CERTAIN STREETS IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH. �
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD 0? COMMISSIONLRS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH; KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the Paducah Water Company be and is hereby ordered
and instructed to install and extend its mains as follows: !
Thirty First street from Clark street. to Adams Street.
That said water mains shall in all respects be extended
and installed under Section 5 of an ordinance entitled, "AN ORDINANCE
TO CREATE AND ESTABLISH A SR:NCHISE TO CONSTRUCT, 06JN, ACQUIRE, MAINTAIN
AND USE A 'iJATER WORKS PLANT AND 7.7ATER DISTRIBUTING SYSTEM WITHIN THE
CORPORATE LIMITS OF PADUCAH, AND INVFS`PING THE PURCHASER THEREOF 1,77TH
RIGHTS, PO --,ER AND PRIVILEGES HEREIN SFT FORTH, !,ND IMPOSING UPON SUCH
PURCHASER THE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES SET OUT IN THE ORDINANCE,"
which was adopted by the General Council of the City of Paducah and
approved by the Mayor, May 22nd, 1925s and duly Yhereafter published
on May 28th, 1925.
SECTION 2.
This resolution shall take effect from and after its
passage.
