BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF C0' 65-101TFR3 OF
'TTF CITY OF PADUCAIi, KENTUCKY; .
SECTION 1.
That the Commissioner of Public Safety be and
is hereby authorized to purchase a new Chevrolet Touring Car for
not in excess of Five Hundred and Fifty-six (y?556.00) Dollars for
use in the Police Department; and same to be paid for out of any
appropriations to the Police Department.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall take effect from and after
its passage and publication.
