A RESOLUTION REQUIRING THE PADUCAH IATATER COMPANY TO
EXTEND ITb MAINS ON CERTIl IN STREETS IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD Cie COIJ1.115SIONER6 OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the Paducah :'later Company be and is hereby ordered'
and instructed to install and extend its mains as follows:
Koerner Street from Bridge Street to the end of
Koerner Street.
Terrell Street, from 6th street to 8th street.
That said water mains shall in all respects be extendedli
and installed under erection 5 of an ordinance entitled, "AN ORDNANCE
TO CREATE AND ESTABLISH A FRANCHISE TO CONSTRUCT, 01.'1N ACQUIRE,
MAINTAIN AND USE A :TATER 7!ORKS PLANT AND WATER DISTRIBUTING SYSTEM
WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF PADUCAH, AND INVESTING THE PURCHASER
THFREOF WITH RIGHTS, POWER AND PRIVILEGES HEREIN SET FORTH, AND
II:IPOSING UPON SUCH PURCHASER THE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES SET
OUT IN THE ORDINANCE" which was adopted by the General Council of
the `'ity of Paducah and approved by the Mayor, May 22nd, 1925, and
duly thereafter published on May 26, 1925.
SECTION 3.
This resolution shall take effect from and after its
passage.
