That Hymarsh Avenue, from the North line of Olive Street in Chamblin, Murray and Brovm's Addition.to Paducah, to the ice manufacturing plant of the Paducah Ice T.rar_ufacturing Company, be, and the same is hereby closed, abandoned and disc'ontinu©d, and the City Solicitor is hereb;1 authorized, empoviered.and directed to institute an action in the "c0racken Circuit Court for the purpose of closing snid Hymarsh Avenue bet;reen the points indicated herein, and he :;ill make the o•::ners of all property, interested in the closing of said Hymarsh Avenue, parties to said suit.
