AN ORDINANCE PRESCRIBING `PHI•: SALARY AND DUTIES
OF HEALTH OI'FICER OF TIII? CITY OF PADUCAH, I rNTUCIa.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TIE BOARD OF COMMISSIONFRS
OF THE CITY Or PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
The Health Officer, who shall be chosen by
the Board of Health of the City of Paducah, shall perform all
the duties imposed upon him by the Board of Health and by
ordinance of the City of Paducah, and by the laws of the State
of Kentucky. For his services he shall receive the sum of
One Hundred & Fifty Q$150.00) Dollars per month.
SECTION 2.
All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed;

SECTION 3. 1
This ordinance shall take effect from and
after its passage and publication.
